Kırıkhan Halk Eğitim Merkezi iş birliğiyle düzenlenen Biçerdöver Operatörü Yetiştirme Kursu, 06 Nisan 2026 tarihinde başlamış olup eğitim süreci başarıyla devam etmektedir. Toplam 14 kursiyerin katılım sağladığı kurs kapsamında; biçerdöver kullanımı, tarımsal hasat teknikleri, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği, makine bakım-onarım süreçleri ile verimli ve güvenli kullanım yöntemleri hakkında teorik ve uygulamalı eğitimler verilmektedir.
Eğitimlerde ayrıca, hasat sırasında oluşabilecek dane kaybının önlenmesinin önemi üzerinde özellikle durulmakta; doğru makine ayarları, uygun hasat zamanı ve etkili kullanım teknikleriyle ürün kayıplarının en aza indirilmesine yönelik bilgiler aktarılmaktadır. Bu sayede kursiyerlerin yalnızca makine kullanımı değil, aynı zamanda tarımsal verimliliği artıracak bilinç ve teknik donanıma sahip operatörler olarak yetişmeleri hedeflenmektedir.
Eğitimin sonunda, Eğitim Merkezi Müdürlüğümüzün ortakları arasında yer aldığı SMART STEP Projesi (2025-1-TR01-KA220-VET000349844) hakkında Eğitim Merkezi Müdürü Dr. Bülent Ayhan tarafından bilgilendirme yapılmıştır. Sunumda, iklim değişikliğine uyumlu üretim modellerinin önemi vurgulanmış; proje kapsamında çayır ve mera yönetimi, doğal kaynakların etkin kullanımı ile iklim dostu tarımsal uygulamaların yaygınlaştırılmasına yönelik bilgiler paylaşılmıştır.
Kırıkhan Public Education Center, in cooperation with our institution, continues the Combine Harvester Operator Training Course, which began on 06 April 2026 with the participation of 14 trainees. Within the scope of the program, participants receive theoretical and practical training on combine harvester operation, harvesting techniques, occupational health and safety, machine maintenance and repair procedures, and efficient and safe operating methods.
The training also emphasizes the importance of preventing grain loss during harvest. Participants are informed about minimizing crop losses through proper machine settings, appropriate harvest timing, and effective operational techniques. In this way, the program aims to train operators who possess not only machine operation skills but also the technical awareness necessary to improve agricultural productivity.
At the end of the training, Dr. Bülent Ayhan, Director of Adana TAYEM, provided information about the SMART STEP Project (2025-1-TR01-KA220-VET000349844), in which our Training Center Directorate is among the partners. During the presentation, the importance of climate change-adaptive production models was emphasized, and information was shared regarding pasture and rangeland management, efficient use of natural resources, and the dissemination of climate-friendly agricultural practices within the scope of the project.
The course aims to contribute to the development of a qualified workforce in the agricultural sector, and trainees who successfully complete the program will gain professional competence in combine harvester operation and have the opportunity to pursue employment in the sector.
